TFCC, Regeneris, We Made That and Urban Foresight were commissioned to undertake 'The Thames Estuary Production Corridor (TEPC) Vision and Case Making'. The vision for the TEPC is to establish "A world class centre for production: leading global innovation, developing talent and cultivating world changing ideas". This is an internationally significant cultural infrastructure project.
