Scoping the Future of International Cultural Relations for the European Union

TFCC led a research programme that identified key trends, challenges and opportunities for International Cultural Relations from the European Union's perspective. The research identified key strategic opportunities for the EU Cultural Relations Platform as it moves into a new development phase. This included a focus on cultural rights, cultural and creative industries, diversity and culture for sustainable development. It also identified platforms and programmes for delivering such opportunities - such as through EU Delegations, mobility and exchange activities, and the role of cities as connectors and hubs.
