The Halls, a Grade I listed Scheduled Monument, dating back to the 14th century is owned and managed by Norwich City Council. The Halls provides a unique setting for conferences, weddings, concerts and meetings. TFCC was tasked with developing priorities for the refurbishment of The Halls toward a sustainable and dynamic future.
