Re-Imagining Malaysian Arts and Culture Post Covid-19, Strategic Plan for CENDANA

TFCC was commissioned by CENDANA - the National Development Agency for Arts and Culture in Malaysia - to undertake a new strategic plan for sector revival. Our task was to review research undertaken by CENDANA on the health of the sector, engage a sample of key strategic partners, and develop a fresh plan for a re-imagined sector. This work built on our global research and consultancy activities on the changing policy and investment landscape for arts and culture in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. It also built on our recent work in Malaysia to develop cultural city profiles and a Cultural Insights report for the country.
