National Cultural and Creative Industries Strategy, Roadmap and Investment Plan for the Sultanate of Oman

This major research, consultation and policy development exercise represented the first national Cultural and Creative Industries development programme and plan for Oman. The Oman Vision 2040 has 4 pillars, two of which are a 'Society of Creative Individuals' and a 'Competitive Economy'. TFCC developed a far-reaching programme of sector baseline mapping, consultations and international benchmarking to deliver a set of priority investment projects for Oman. This was the first national Cultural and Creative Industries Strategy for Oman and represented a major step change in the nation's cultural and creative policy development.
