Mid-Phase Review of the Central Asia Art and Culture Programme

This project, in partnership with artlink (a development organisation which connects artists from Switzerland and across the world), focused on the role and impact of the SDC's work in arts and culture across the Central Asian countries of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. TFCC worked as technical and strategic advisors to a programme of review and evaluation. This included a consultation programme with artists and cultural organisations across the region. With a focus on cultural rights, social cohesion and freedom of expression, the review helped to shape the SDC's next round of investment and partnership in the region.
