Dr Tom Fleming was commissioned as an expert assessor of 50 proposals for the annual Cultural Research Grants Programme of King Saud University. This included a portfolio of proposals across the cultural sector, each seeking to address key strategic agendas for culture, from social inclusion to AI, environmental sustainability to inclusive growth.
