Feasibility study on financing culture and creative sector, Asia-Pacific

Under the authority of the Director of the UNESCO Bangkok, and the direct supervision of the Chief of the Culture Unit, TFCC developed a feasibility study on sustainable and innovative models for financing culture and creativity with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. This included a focus on immovable heritage, movable heritage, culture in emergencies, intangible cultural heritage, and culture and creative industries. It included a focus on biodiversity funds and lessons learned for financing culture. The study led to the recommendation of sustainable and innovative models for financing culture and creativity with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region, including potential partnerships and alliances in developing such models further.
