Feasibility Study for a Culture Hub at The Stockyard, Melton Mowbray, UK

Building on our pre-feasibility study, TFCC was commissioned to develop an extensive feasibility study for the integration of a cultural hub to The Stockyard, Melton Mowbray. As the UK's rural capital of food, The Stockyard is the town's beating heart: a cattle market, events campus and, increasingly, a place where food, art and culture converge. Our role was to establish a clear vision, strategic and business case for a new cultural hub in two buildings to the heart of the market. We also commissioned long-time partners We Made That to develop a technical brief and toolkit for the fit-out of the new cultural hub.
