Culture for Cities and Regions was a major collaborative research and development programme to explore the role of culture in city and regional development across Europe. Led by Eurocities and funded by the Creative Europe programme, the programme involved the development of best practice case studies, knowledge exchange and professional development in cities and regions across Europe.
