Evaluation of Hull 2017 UK City of Culture

TFCC was part of the team selected to undertake the evaluation of Hull 2017, the UK's 2nd Capital of Culture. Hull is a city undergoing culture-led transformation, with 2017 providing the opportunity to showcase the city's distinctive cultural offer, develop talent and grow audiences. TFCC worked with the evaluation lead - Regeneris - to measure a set of qualitative and quantitative outcomes which have been defined by the University of Hull and the Hull 2017 Culture Company. The final evaluation report played an important role in understanding the role and value of cultural investment in city-making.
