Dragon Hall. Feasibility Study and Business Plan, UK

Dragon Hall is a unique, Grade 1 listed medieval trading hall that also works as a heritage museum, a cultural venue and community hub in Norwich. TFCC explored how Dragon Hall could develop a role as a dynamic centre for cultural and associated commercial activities, pursuing new opportunities to generate revenue and to establish long-term sustainability. TFCC was instrumental in finding a new role for Dragon Hall - as the hub for the National Centre for Writing.
