TFCC established a detailed and coherent evidence base to show the current profile, scope and health of the creative Industries  in Essex. This led to the production of a clear vision, strategy and action plan to support the growth of the Creative Industries sector in Essex. This was positioned to fit the wider aspirations of the County and connect to the priorities of the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP).
