Business Case and Engagement Plan for the Embassy Culture House, Skegness, UK

This project supported the re-invention of a traditional seaside theatre into an International Culture House for the Lincolnshire Coast. TFCC reviewed the business case and supported a strategic model to maximise the impact of this Arts Council England Cultural Development Funded project. It is a key anchor to the area's wider commitment to culture-led development.
