Assessment of the British Council Global Arts Programmes

This significant project involved a collaboration with the British Council and its multiple partners across the globe to co-create robust, inclusive, participatory and quality assured data collection tools and support their implementation. It included a full review and gap analysis of existing tools, the development of new tools, and assessment of impact across the British Council’s three Global Arts Programmes: Cultural Exchange, Creative Economy, Culture Responds to Global Challenges. Additional research provided deeper insights into the impacts  of, for example, the Creative Economy Leadership programmes, Delegation Visits and Cultural Diversity programmes, particularly on responses to diversity and climate change. TFCC collaborated with a consortium of partners including The Social Investment Consultancy, Cultural Development Network, Singapore based ReflAction Works, India based D.epicentre and Sri Lanka based Beta Launch. TFCC led on the overall global programme assessment, deep dives and reporting.
