Evaluation Framework for Criw Celf, UK

Criw Celf is an art development programme for gifted and more talented young people in Wales. It includes a series of master classes that give an opportunity for those young people who have shown talent and a special interest in art to develop their skills and experiences. TFCC worked closely with strategic and delivery partners to establish a clear set of outcomes and deliverables against which progress can be monitored, effectiveness measured and innovation tracked.
