A Culture Framework for the West Midlands Combined Authority (UK)

This major project involved extensive research and consultation to establish a distinctive and evidence-based strategic framework for culture. This was to support shared investment priorities and drive partnership across this diverse and highly urbanised region. The West Midlands Combined Authority was created to deliver an ambitious plan to drive inclusive economic growth. Led by the elected Mayor of the West Midlands, it was working to build a region where people thrived in the places they lived and worked. Culture was foundational to this agenda, supporting inclusive and sustainable place-making and underpinning activities in the wider Creative Industries.
