A Culture Compact for East Lindsey, Lincolnshire, UK

A strategy and development model for a new Culture Compact. This public / private partnership will establish a new strategic approach to investment and delivery for this fast-changing part of England. It will work to promote and amplify activities, including a new Culture House in Skegness.
