Cultural Strategy for East Lindsey and Boston, Lincolnshire, UK

TFCC was commissioned to develop a fresh cultural strategy and framework for these two distinctive local authorities in east and south east Lincolnshire, UK. These two districts have a rich and engaging heritage yet face significant challenges such as in social cohesion, skills and sustainable employment. TFCC worked to develop a vision, thematic priorities and action plan so that culture can play a starring role and drive investment via new funding such as the Towns Fund and Levelling Up Fund. This led to a successful bid to Arts Council England to establish a new National Portfolio Organisation for the area.
